Your Virtual Assistant was founded in 2023 by Hans Henriquez after he was hired as a virtual assistant by a prominent law firm in California. What began as a solo role quickly evolved as the company recognized Hans's dedication and professionalism, asking if he could refer others. From there, Hans built a team of trusted professionals, growing into a 27-member remote workforce providing seamless support across departments. Today, Your Virtual Assistant stands as a reliable and flexible staffing solution trusted by firms and businesses alike.

Hans Henriquez
CEO & Founder. With a BS in Advertising, Hans leads our social media division and is currently pursuing a new career path. A driven entrepreneur and former sports enthusiast, he focuses on quality, creativity, and vision.
Sam Colas
Client Relations & VA Division Lead. A graduate in International Business Relations, Sam is the first person Hans brought onto the team. He now oversees operations and onboarding while acting as our spokesperson and trusted partner.
Hanler Vargas
Lead Software Engineer. The tech mastermind behind our web and app solutions, Hanler brings our clients' visions to life. From websites to automation, he is the key force behind our digital evolution.
